We also offer reduced fixed fees with a success fee supplement to optimise the most beneficial method of resolution available to our clients.


	Unfortunately from time to time disputes will occur on a project and will require addressing in the most beneficial manner to our clients. To deal with complex claims a thorough understanding of the contract documents, legal context and factual matrix of the project. CDRSL staff are dual qualified and have a detailed understanding of these requirements. CDRSL can establish robust claims or defences efficiently and effectively utilising their key skill sets. As Commercial Managers we are aware that formal proceedings may not be the most cost effective method of dealing with a dispute and in each individual case will advise on alternative options to assist where possible with avoiding dispute proceedings or litigation. Our primary focus is therefore on resolving disputes by working with our clients to establish a clear, commercially driven strategy that will deliver the earliest possible settlement on the most advantageous terms. Where more formal proceedings are unavoidable we have considerable experience in working both as an integrated part of a client's team and providing full adjudication services for either the Referring or Responding party.
